  • Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Develop engaging, creative, innovative content (text, images, video) for regularly scheduled digital posts, that builds meaningful connections and encourages prospective subscription
  • Assist to build and execute digital/social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and brand identification
  • Perform social media monitoring including managing Facebook/IG comments and reply on-time according to guidelines and up to date information
  • Deliver media performance monthly tracking report with SWOT
    Work with Sales team and aftersales team to develop social media timelines and messaging coinciding with global campaigns
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, digital costs and returns, insights and best practices
  • Organize monthly meeting with relevant departments to discuss seasonal Social Media campaigns
  • Keeping up-to-date knowledge with current and predicting new digital marketing trends
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Line Manager
