14. What should I do if my internet is not working?

  • Identify the problem displayed on the screen
  • Re-start your computer, re-set your modem / WiMAX CPE, and try to re-connect. If this fails, proceed
  • Call our Customer Care Center at 023 97 67 67/ 081 67 97 97 .

15. Why is my account locked?

  • Your account gets locked because of overdue. For zero deposit customers, our billing system automatically locks an overdue account that has not been settled within 7 days from the date of receipt of invoice. As for default accounts, overdue accounts get locked within 21 days from the date of receipt of invoice.
